Ryan began his recruitment career in 2006 working for one of Australia’s leading recruitment agencies.

Then, after being a driving force behind a Sydney based start-up and considerably growing the size of the company, Ryan moved on to establish his own specialist IT recruitment business in 2013 – F1rst Contact Recruitment.

He now partners with clients across various industries to provide customised solutions for their recruitment needs.
